The title specifically says that it is a request thread for free requests, and the project is on another site, even though the forum rules specifically mention misleading titles and links to other sites.
But according to the person that runs the thread, it isn't a request thread and isn't meant to redirect people to another site (despite the fact that on May 4th they directly posted a link to another site).
If the OP had explained any of this, I wouldn't have had a problem, but instead they accused me of breaking the rules (even though I didn't) and then insult me.
